DON'T DO THE UPDATE WHICH APPEARED ON THE PLAY STORE TODAY.
I did and when I started Wiki Camps it claimed my copy was not registered and would not accept the (correct) Google account I offered for registration.
Stick with your existing version of the software until I confirm here that they have fixed the issue. Fortunately I have a second tablet with WC installed and have notified them of the problem.
Honestly! First they totally stuff up the database and even now months later it's still not fully fixed and now they stuff up the registration! Totally bloody incompetent - perhaps they should employ people who know how to write and test software.

Update -----------
I have found a, sort of, fix which works on my tablet but there is no certainty it will work on yours:
1 - Clear the Wiki Camps cache 2 - Start WC and wait for the registration screen to appear 3 - Press the Google Play button
With luck that last action will clear the registration screen and allow your copy of WC to run normally.

Total balls up Mike. I got rid of it 6 months ago, would not let me in even though I had everything correct.

Total balls up Mike. I got rid of it 6 months ago, would not let me in even though I had everything correct. My knowledge of computer terms such as 'cache' is in the range of zero to zero, but I have no trouble with Wiki Camps. This may be because I use it only for locating free camps, points of interest, and to show distance between points. The only problem I have had is that a couple of months ago it was taking a while to load, but that's sorted now? "Outback Pub Camping" also is useful.Cheers

Wiki Camps, last night, released a new update version 5.1.22a which appears to have resolved the registration problem.
Personality, having written real-time embedded software for about 40 years, I have little confidence in their ability to, any longer, produce quality software.
