Most of her stuff looks very good and the web presentation is outstanding, I'll buy her book in a couple of weeks when I'm near a town.
However; I cooked her chilli with macaroni recently and was unimpressed... can't win 'em all though

I've tried quite a few of her recipes, yet to have a failure, maybe I'm easily pleased.
What type of food do you have a preference for Mike?
Went down a treat with the family.

Anything Santa! I love SE Asian food but also Italian, French, Indian, Chinese, not so much Middle Eastern or UK (fish and chips aside). Essentially... I'll try, almost, anything

I have a cupboard full of cook books but I tend to stick to my favourite foods, mainly chicken, pork and fish. I have been experimenting with cabbage lately. Cooking in the wok (hot) with bacon adding cooked rice, mixed vegetables (frozen), dash of apple cider vinegar, couple of spoons brown sugar, crack in a couple of eggs. Very tasty.
Great with grilled fish, BBQ chicken, pork spare ribs

Have you tried adding caraway seeds to your cabbage stir fry, very tasty.

Not a big fan of seeds or peanuts in my meals - it's not the taste, I just don't like whole seeds or nuts - yet I eat and like multigrain breads.
