Gee, time certainly flies! Could I encourage all current members to recruit others to join us. The more, the merrier. I've contacted a few members of other forum, whose personal emails I have, but wait for their response.

Is it really one year!
We could do with more posting members but we seem to be struggling along. I'm looking forward to the second year but, damn, the time does pass more quickly as we age.

Agree on both counts Mike. I have tried to interest others to join but not a lot of luck so far, as for the time passing, all I can say is it"s too bloody quick!

Welcome Bluesman, How's the music going? I haven't done a gig in a couple of years now, the knees object to lugging Bertha around and I do not want to cause damage. Still play along with the dvd's but now do a lot more on the keyboard. You will find that the posts on here are much more in keeping with what folks want to discuss as Mike is not bound by commercial restraints and such. Phil.

Hi Phil , yeah the only gigs i do now is at happy hours and of course i still play at home and still loving it.
I know what you mean about the knees .My gear is not as heavy as yours ,1 acoustic guitar and 1 iPad so the knees aren't crying.

Well done on your first year Mike.
magnarc over on GN another interesting discussion about electricity supply has just been shut down when it got slightly heated. A pity because that can sometimes be the most interesting part. Talk about wrapping people up in too much cotton wool....
