Evening all, received an email from Mike Harding this PM alerting me to the fact he has created a new forum (for reasons most who have come from Grey Nomads know)
So for better or worse here I am, using the same handle I use over "there" Santa, same grumpy old prick.
I'm interested to see how the allowing more of a free rein goes, I've often had desire to start a political, religious or race based thread over there, for obvious reasons it never happened.
This is to introduce myself, will start another thread addressing a current controversial topic just to see how it fly's.  |

You may well recognise my handle from GN as well. As early members it would be helpful to see if we can grow the numbers, but I think it would be treading on Cindy's corns if we posted something on GN. Ideas?
As for the controversial topics, I look forward to it and have a few ideas on the boil. It really troubles me that so much gets censored and the population at large is not aware of very significant things going on in the world. Somehow I suspect the nature of content on here will be more about that than being on the road.

G'Day AWL, Cindy won't allow the posting of links to other forums, I discovered this early on when I posted a link to CoffeeSnobs, she deleted it and I got a slap on the wrist.
I've been wondering about how to give Grey nomad members a heads up about this forum, couple of thoughts, will keep you informed.

Morning Magnarc, I haven't given up on the GN site, other than for a few minor hiccups I've enjoyed my time there, Cindy has her own set of rules and that's fine by me.
I hope this site gains a following, guess the only way that will happen is if the few of us that are on board post regularly, will try to do my bit.  |
